All catering services are governed exclusively by a separate written Catering Contract.
All deposits, payments, cancellation requirements, deadlines, guest count confirmations, and refund eligibility are strictly subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the executed Catering Contract.
Unless otherwise specified in the signed Catering Contract, written notice of cancellation is generally required at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed Catering Contract, the terms of the Catering Contract shall control.
4. Food Disclaimer
All menu items are prepared in facilities that may contain allergens including fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, dairy, and sesame. Customers with food allergies should notify staff before ordering.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
