Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final.


1. Food Orders

We do not accept returns on food items.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us immediately within the same day of purchase at:

We may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement

  • Provide store credit

  • Issue a refund


2. Catering Orders

Catering services are governed exclusively by a separate written Catering Contract.

All deposits, payments, cancellations, deadlines, guest count confirmations, and refund eligibility are strictly subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the executed Catering Contract.

Unless otherwise specified in the signed Catering Contract, written notice of cancellation is generally required at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.

In the event of any conflict between this Returns Policy and a signed Catering Contract, the terms of the Catering Contract shall control.
